What You’ll Do:
Perform advanced perinatal ultrasound imaging with precision and expertise.
Provide technical support during specialized imaging studies.
Serve as a resource to colleagues, fostering collaboration between Perinatal Ultrasound and Medical Imaging departments.
Work closely with the Lead Perinatal Sonographer to support training and education initiatives.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Certification:
Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
ARDMS or AART registered and in good standing.
OB/GYN registry certification.
RVT or VT certification.
BLS certification (must be maintained).
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 18 months of perinatal sonography experience with demonstrated senior-level competencies.
Willing to accept applicants with minimal OB experience, but who possess the necessary credentials via ARDMS to qualify as a Sonographer.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
In-depth knowledge of human development across all ages.
Competency in abdomen, breast, and neuro imaging.
Physical & Technical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist and move patients.
Proficiency in computer operation for data input and retrieval.
